NO CLASSES on Thursday, January 24 due to celebration of Prophet Muhammad’s birthday

DEADLINE FOR SEAT RESERVATION for SY 2013-2014
is on FEBRUARY 14, 2013 (Thursday).
Otherwise, seats shall be made available for reservation by new students starting February 16 (Saturday).

Please note that SEAT RESERVATION is on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

Dear Parents,

Please be advised of the following schedules and other reminders:

REMINDERS:

  • KGs I and II/Grades 1 & 2 students shall no longer report to school starting Dec. 17.
  • Grade 3 students shall start their Christmas Break on Dec. 18
  • Grades 4-10 shall report to school until Dec 19
  • All teaching personnel must be present until the scheduled Staff Party on Dec 19.
  • Dismissal time from Dec. 16-18 shall be at 3:20 PM
  • Dismissal time of students on Dec. 19  shall be at 12:00 Noon

ADVISORY NO. 14: 41ST UAE NATIONAL DAY CELEBRATION SCHOOL ACTIVITIES AND BREAK

Please be informed that the school will conduct its celebration of UAE’s 41st National Day on Thursday, November 29, 2012 following the scheduled activities stipulated below:

7:45 –  8:00           Flag-Raising Ceremony
8:00 – 9:30          Celebration Program
9:30 – 10:30        Break
10:30 – 12:00      Film Showing (Respective classrooms)
12:00  – 12:30      Lunch Break
12:30 – 2:50        Follow-Up Activities/Booths
2:50 – 3:20          Homeroom/Cleaning Time
3:20 PM                 Dismissal Time

 NOTE:  Students are advised to:

  1. Bring their school diaries and snacks in small bags; and
  2. Wear UAE costumes as part of the celebration parade. (non-compulsory)

*Teachers are also encouraged to wear UAE costumes.

Furthermore, the school will observe holiday on December 1, 2 and 3 in connection with the above-mentioned celebration. Classes will resume on Tuesday, December 4, 2012.

Please be informed of the details for College Entrance Examination (SY 2013-2014) for Adamson University ATENEO, DLSU-Dasmarinas  and MAPUA Institute of Technology as stipulated below.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kindly enclose all requirements per examinee in short brown envelope and forward it to the class adviser. All requirements and application fees (for examinations to be administered in other venues) must be received by the TPS Vice-Principal on or before the scheduled submission deadlines. These will be forwarded to PISCO and UIPS Testing Coordinators and Accounts’ Offices prior to the scheduled dates of examination. On the other hand, application fees for DLSU-Dasmarinas must be paid directly to the TPS Accounts’ Office on the day prior to the scheduled testing date.

The details for UPCAT and USTET will be communicated as soon as advisories are obtained from these institutions.
